30 Day Return Policy:

Our mission at is to ensure our customers receive the area rugs they order and that their rugs perform as expected. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee gives our customers the confidence and flexibility in purchasing our products. Here's the details of our guarantee;

Products a Customer is Not Satisfied With:

Any items a customer wants to return due to dissatisfaction (don't want the product, don't like the color, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment by following the RMA procedure below. must be either notified in writing by U.S. Postal Service or email within 10 days of product delivery. All returned product must be unused and in re-sellable condition including the product's packaging. Rugs by the manufacturer Milliken and other custom made rugs specially ordered by customers are not returnable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products:

Any item that is defective, damaged or shipped in error by can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment for credit towards an identical replacement product. A new replacement item will be sent to replace the damaged or incorrect product after documentation in the form of photos of the defective, or damaged item is provided and confirmed as defective, damaged or incorrect. must be either notified in writing by U.S. Postal Service or email within 10 days of product delivery. An RMA (Return To Manufacturer) number must first be obtained before the customer is able to return the product. If a replacement rug is not desired for a damaged return, a 15% restock fee will apply. Our RMA procedure below applies to these type of returns. Any item that is defective, damaged or shipped in error by and replaced at no charge is contingent on the damaged, defective item being  returned to the shipper. If the item to be replaced is not returned by the customer, an additional charge for the cost of the replacement item will be processed.

Rugs Ordered as Samples Intended For Return:

Restock fees may be applicable to orders containing sample rugs that are intended to be returned after delivery. Please contact us to discuss options for obtaining sample rugs.

RMA Procedure:

Obtaining an RMA before returning a product is required. Any products returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Steps to follow;

1. Request an RMA number from by submitting a request to the "Returns" department by email: Requests by phone are not currently accepted so that we can provide to you better documentation for your request. In your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item number of the product you wish to return
  • Your name, shipping address, telephone number and email address
  • Reason for returning the product

  • 2. Approximately five business days after receiving your RMA request, we will provide to you by email an RMA number and shipping instructions of where to send your items for a refund.

    3. The refund process is generally completed within 30 days of the returned items being accepted back at the indicated warehouse. Payment is refunded to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, a non-refundable credit equal to the refund amount will be issued and valid for future purchases through

    Note: We do not reimburse the shipping costs to return products. Any collect or C.O.D. packages will be refused. Please include the RMA number on the outside of your package. An order can not be cancelled after the order is submitted to our warehouse.

    Low Price Guarantee Policy:

    At we want to ensure you receive the best price available. Let us know where you saw the same rugs and we'll match or beat it's price! We also price match coupons and phone quotes of other rug stores so you can save today. Here's how a product is eligible;

    • Is from the same manufacturer, make, model, size and color.
    • Is in stock at competitor and it's price can be verified online or by phone.
    • Does not apply to free offers, club membership discounts, clearance items, limited-quantity items, factory seconds, returned, used, off-quality, "stacking" of multiple offers (e.g., free items, plus price matching, plus rebates, etc.), typographical errors, competitors prices already reduced by a price match, or auction web sites.
    • Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be included in the price difference.
    • Manufacturer close out specials, manufacturer retail price reductions, or special promotions issued by the manufacturer are not under the control of and can not be covered by the Guarantee.
    • Competitor's net purchase price is calculated by deducting instant discounts taken at time of purchase such as instant rebates. Mail-in rebates and other deferred price reductions are not deducted from the competitor's purchase price.
    • Our net purchase price is calculated by subtracting the value of all instant and mail-in discounts such as rebates, free offers and giveaway gift cards. Price match guarantee may not be combined with any other offers or coupons.
    • Should products be deemed below a manufacturers MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) or other guidelines set forth by the manufacturer, items may not be eligible.

    Free Shipping Policy:

    Shipping is free on all orders that have an item total of $99.99 or more. Shipping costs for orders less than $99.99 are calculated based upon weight and distance at the time the order is placed.
