Nice rug

I like the colors, I thought it would bunch up or move around on my vinyl floor but it doesnt. I use it in my entryway.

Super nice rug!

This just arrived this week so I cant tell you yet how well it holds up with four dogs but at first impression, I really like that it is not thick and fluffy which is good for cleaning up accidents or general dirtiness. I have doubts that this will fit in my washing machine but it seems like it will be easier to clean than the usual fluffy rugs I have. I absolutely love all of the colors in the rug and it doesnt slide around too much!

Misrepresentation and lying

Company was rude and misrepresented rug. Won a PayPal claim and canceled it after supervisor Karen offered a $28 (20%) discount. Once I canceled PayPal claim, Karen stopped responding to my emails and never gave me discount. Would never order from this company again. Spent hours dealing with their errors and was lied to.

Couldn't get my order right

I ordered a rug and pad. I received 2 pads, one not even the size I ordered. Contacted customer service and they agreed to ship the right order. The rug I received is not the color I ordered. the pad runs big. I will live with it because I am done with rug.com.
