Souj I Bought this couple of days ago and looks good however it doesnt stay on the Carpet flooring and keeps getting wrinkled all the time. Its just not suitable for Carpet floors, I wish they had mentioned about it.

It wasnt soft at all, very thin, smelled badly, and seemed to be missing a row of weaving as shown in pictures. It also was very warped and wouldnt lay flat, which they say just needs some time to flatten out but I couldnt stand the smell so returned it.

Liz B I bought this rug in two sizes in the color ivory. 9x12 and 5x8 for my living room and for under my dining room table. I have an open layout so theyre both in the same space. When I got the rugs they were both completely different colors. The 9x12 was ivory with a very dark gray lattice pattern. The 5x8 was ivory with a very light gray lattice pattern. I was very disappointed as I wanted them to match. I contacted customer service and they told me they were the right rugs and nothing they could do but offer me a partial refund or I could return it. I was not about to pack up a 9x12 rug and ship it back. Since it was going under the table, I decided to keep it. Because other than that, it was return both rugs and start over, or keep them both. Highly disappointing to order the same product in the same color, just different sizes and to have them be totally different colors and be told theres nothing that can be done about it. Just is what it is. So beware if youre ordering multiple rugs in different sizes that you might not get the same color. The rug itself is fine as far as quality. A bit lumpy and not laying flat yet, but hopefully it will relax with time. I love the look of it.
