I hope I get to see and enjoy this rug. FedEx has been holding it hostage for weeks.
Recently purchased this rug, and a received an Email giving estimated delivery date and tracking info. on the estimated delivery date, tracking info said delivery before 9PM at 9:30 pm, tracking info said before 9:PM the following day, the following it was not delivered, the morning after the second failed delivery I checked the tracking info, and it said delivery that day, the only problem was that the rug travel from a shipper location less than miles from my home to a location 200 miles from my home. Assuming something was wrong and it I contacted the shipper who informed me they needed Rugs.com to make any changes. I called Rug.com repeated my concern to them they checked everything and said it was going to the correct address. fast forward 3 days, and I receive a text telling me it was delivered to my front door, with a photo attached, the rug looks nice, but the photo was not of my front porch. I check the tracking info, and it was delivered to a town 150 mile from my front door. I request and refund and was told when the rug was returned to them rugs.com I would get the refund. I asked how can I return something I never received. I was then forced to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. The next day Rugs.com Emailed saying they were creating my account. I posted my plight a few days ago and my review was removed.
The rugs I purchased are all lovely. True colors. Well packaged. But I was especially impressed with the borders and backing. Much better than any Ive seen.
Good size for the price. Still having issues getting a few wrinkles out of the rug.
