My rug and experience with rugs.com was exceptional! I needed a rug for my classroom and contacted Edward throughout customer service. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me choose the perfect rug for my space. The rug itself is high quality and will last for years and years. The children love the colors.

Due to the material being wool, I understand there will be some shedding. However, the colors were already coming loose and blending together before I even took it out of the package. The color of the rug is also not nearly as bright as it appears in photos online, they are much darker.

Dimensions are not as listed.. mine arrived at a meek 34 inches barely a door mat.. good idea, but pictures and measurements are false and extremely misleading..

I bought this rug expecting a 3 3 diameter rug. We got a 3 rug. The title of the listing is wrong. Now the bigger sizes are out of stock. Pretty careless. The wool has white spots over some of the balls.

This was the very first time I ordered anything from rugs.com and when the rug arrived & we pulled it from the plastic it was wrapped in, the rug stunk really bad like musty & mildew. It was damp. I called to exchange it, so they emailed me a return slip. However unlike some other companies with larger items that can be picked back up by the original delivery source, they said I'd have to find a FedEx store or drop off & send it back myself. Rugs are heavy, and I just imagined if I was 73 like my mother instead of 46, how does one carry that rug to a drop off point?? It should be set up to be picked up!! Not a good first experience for sure. Side note: the rug would have been cute. But it was over priced for what it was & its size. Most likely i will stick to Wayfair & Amazon for my rug purchasing ro avoid this happening again & to get better prices.
